I’m a NASM-certified personal trainer, CPR-certified coach, former Division II athlete, and future Doctor of Physical Therapy with a background in strength training, rehabilitation, and athletic performance.
After navigating major injuries, including ACL reconstruction, and spending time in physical therapy clinics as both a patient and student, I developed a deeper understanding of movement, recovery, injury prevention, and performance-based training.
Today, I combine science-based coaching with real athletic experience to help clients build strength, improve performance, move confidently, and rebuild through discipline.

Every client at Ares Academy begins with a free consultation and movement assessment.
This session is designed to evaluate how you move, identify your goals, and give you a real introduction to the training experience at the academy.
During this session, we will:
• Evaluate movement patterns
• Review training and lifting experience
• Discuss injury history and limitations
• Identify goals for strength, performance, and fat loss
